Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to dispatch?
All of our products are handmade in small batches in Torquay, Devon. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.
Do you offer local collection?
We don't offer local collection, however if you live within the Torbay area, we offer free delivery. Please use discount code LOCALTQ at the checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship across the UK.
Can I track my order?
If tracking is included with your shipping option, you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll always try our best to help.

Are your candles handmade?
Yes! All of our candles, melts and room sprays are hand-poured and made with love in Torquay, Devon.
What wax do you use?
We use soy wax for our candles and melts.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes - our products are vegan friendly and cruelty free.
Why may my candle look slightly different to photos?
Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations may occur. We think this makes each one extra special 🌞
Which scent is the strongest?
Scent strength can be personal, but some of our strongest favourites include:
- Brazilian Crush
- Rhubarb & Rose
- Lime, Basil & Mandarin
- Velvet Rose & Oud
Candle Care
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the top surface to help prevent tunnelling.
How long should I burn my candle for?
We recommend burning candles for around 2–4 hours at a time to get the longest use out of them.
Do I need to trim the wick?
Yes - trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn for a cleaner, safer flame.
Wax Melts
How long do wax melts last?
This can vary depending on the scent and warmer used, but many customers enjoy multiple uses from each melt.
Can I mix wax melt scents?
Absolutely! Creating your own scent combinations is part of the fun.
How do I safely remove wax from my burner?
Allow the wax to cool before gently removing it. Never pour wax down the sink.
Room Sprays
How do I use the room sprays?
Simply spray into the air to instantly refresh your space. Avoid spraying directly onto skin, pets, furnishings or polished surfaces.
Are room sprays safe around pets?
We recommend always using room sprays with care around pets and ensuring rooms are well ventilated.
Safety
Are your products CLP compliant?
Yes - all of our products are fully CLP compliant and correctly labelled for safety.
What safety advice should I follow for candles?
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable objects.
What safety advice should I follow for wax melts?
Use only in suitable wax warmers and never leave unattended while in use.

What if there’s a problem with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to help.
Can I return candles or wax melts?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch.

Minimum order quantities apply depending on the products requested. We’re happy to discuss options to suit your business.

In many cases, yes! We’ll always do our best to work with you to create a selection that suits your customers and space.
