UK Shipping

For all Candle and Wax Melt orders, we use Royal Mail Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping: we aim to dispatch within 5 working days.

During busier periods it may take longer, up to 7 working days to dispatch. 

Standard postage and packaging fee is £4.50.

Items are sent via Royal Mail. You will be notified of all your tracking info so you have access to this.

Express Shipping: Please note that we do not currently offer Express Shipping.

International Shipping

Please note that we do not currently ship internationally.

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

We will accept the return of an unused product within 30 days of purchase.
